The Dr. P. Phillips Orlando Performing Arts Center has named Susan C. Harris associate director of development and Angela White grants manager. Harris was director of the annual fund and director of major gifts at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami. White was an account executive with Tucker-Hall Inc.
